Karumzeks are a race of divine servitors of the god Norgorber, specifically his aspect as Blackfingers that is focused on poisons, alchemy, and experimentation.1 They are spider-like and crafty.2

Abilities

Karumzeks are immune to poison but have vulnerability to the powers of good. They have darkvision and they can pinpoint any nearby creature affected by poison, even knowing its type and stage or progression with focus. They can clim and have a venomous bite.2

They can use invisibility and negate aroma on self with innate occult magic and polymorph into a tiny spider with arcane.2

Karumzeks can speak several languages: Abyssal, Infernal, Sakvroth, and Common tongues.2

Society

Most karumzeks await Norgorber's orders in Duskfathom the undercity beneath Aktun, in Axis and the realm of Norgorber. Once dispatched, a karumzeks travel by secret planar strand web call the "Reaper's Web", letting them reach almost any destination within the Great Beyond within a few hours. They work with Norgorber's worshipers to further their deity's goals.2
