Kayd Sparrow
Kayd Sparrow is a human abolitionist, alchemist, and tavern keeper of Runoff, a speakeasy beneath a junkyard in the Killbox district of Numeria's capital city of Starfall. Runoff also served as an escape vector for those pursued by the Technic League1 prior to its dissolution in 4716 AR.23
The fates of Sparrow and Runoff after the dissolution of the Technic League in 4716 AR are unknown.4
Associates
Prior to the Technic League's dissolution, Sparrow allowed her friend and fellow abolitionist Nevven to facilitate the escapes of those under the League's oppression from Numeria.5
Background
Sparrow was born in Killbox as Anorra Quorr, and was forced by the Technic League to create drugs and other mixtures for their fell use. Nevven, a secret double agent against the League, first acted against the League by escorting Quorr's family to the safety of the River Kingdoms.5
Quorr chose to use her freedom to help others still trapped under the League's oppression and returned alone to Numeria, under her new name of Kayd Sparrow. While exploring Killbox's junkyard of Scraphole for technology, she discovered a network of tunnels and contacted trusted Technic League members for funding to establish a safe house for escapees and dissidents.5
Nevven contributed equipment for Sparrow to found Runoff.6 Sparrow and Nevven also discovered the shell of an annihilator robot and created a new type of cocktail by mixing the liquids in the robot with liquor.7
