Kragreth-Kol (or Krageth-Kol) is a barbarian lord of the Black Horses tribe in the Kellid nation of Numeria.[1] A bitter, jealous man, he is a cousin of the Black Sovereign Kevoth-Kul, Numeria's ruler.[2] He has recently begun to breed vexgit gremlins to disrupt and undermine Kevoth-Kul and his technology-dependent Technic League allies, but lacks the means to control them or smuggle them inside Starfall.[3][4]
