Kragreth-Kol (or Krageth-Kol) is a barbarian lord of the Black Horses tribe in the Kellid nation of Numeria.1 A bitter, jealous man, he is a cousin of the Black Sovereign Kevoth-Kul, Numeria's ruler.2 He has recently begun to breed vexgit gremlins to disrupt and undermine Kevoth-Kul and his technology-dependent Technic League allies, but lacks the means to control them or smuggle them inside Starfall.34
