Lyashtaki

A catfolk kaiju caller of the Valashmai Jungle.

The Lyashtaki are a catfolk ethnic group that can be found almost exclusively within the depths of the Valashmai Jungle in Tian Xia. Lyashtaki typically have gold or silver fur with leopard-like markings. The Lyashtaki claim descent from rebellious slaves who overthrew an ancient empire of godlike tyrants, they are among the most common and peaceful inhabitants of the jungle, and are allied with the local anadi and iruxi. The catfolk of the Chenlun Mountains are instead enemies of the fire yai that live there. They are also renowned for making trips beyond the Valashmai Jungle in small coastline-hugging boats.
