Halfling Mellas the Small is a member of the crew of one of the most infamous vessels in the Shackles, the Screaming Reaver, captained by Coal-Dark. Mellas was a resident of Bag Island and escaped after setting fire to Gozreh's shrine in Beachcomber.[1]
