Meta:Kostchtchie
Legacy content
Kostchtchie as described in the Pathfinder campaign setting relies on details derived from another game and on rules licensed via the Open Game License. The Pathfinder Second Edition Remaster Project changes the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game's license to the Open RPG Creative license, which prevents further use of Kostchtchie in the campaign setting.12
Sithhud is expected to fill the setting's role as a demon of cold but is not a retroactive replacement for Kostchtchie.3 -Oznogon (talk) 23:13, 27 May 2024 (UTC)

Unlike Pazuzu or Baphomet (deities that also have a D&D legacy), Kostchtchie and Orcus's recognizable elements were too OGL mired to make it into the remastered non-OGL game. Jubilex too, but even more so, since he's 100% D&D." James Jacobs. (October 22, 2024). We aren't removing them from ever having appeared in our work... we're just not telling more stories about them." James Jacobs. (October 25, 2023).
