First Speaker for the Council Onishi Kazujun was ostensibly the leader of the Tian Xia nation of Tianjing. Onishi served as the spokesperson for a conclave of empyrean1 elders who rule Tianjing. Onishi himself is a devout follower of the goddess Shelyn, known as the Lady of Chrysanthemums.2✝
