Kangshur Island

Kangshur Island is a large ghost-infested island located east off the shores of Tianjing and Kwanlai where the southern portion of the Xidao Gulf begins to transition to the Naikang Bay. Haunted by the Graveyard of Kipaku just off its southern coast, the island threatens multiple nations and settlements in its proximity, such as the city-states of Xidao and the Kwanlai city of Nagaiyamatsu. For celestial-touched Tianjing, however, the ghosts pose no direct threat as its holy aura repels the restless dead. Tianjing therefore puts little effort into addressing the haunting, much to the vexation of its neighbors.
