Zetang is capital of the empyrean-ruled1 Tian Xia nation of Tianjing. The Nyenreng Conclave rule from here, many of them too frail to leave the city.2 A port city on Point Aykishe along the nation's eastern coast, Zetang was victim of Zo pirate attacks when Lung Wa fell but has since been rebuilt. Rumors suggest the unhappy dead still persist among the shipwrecks in its harbor.3
