Quocwel is one of the most ancient alghollthus on Golarion, having personally witnessed the advent of the serpentfolk during the Age of Creation. Unlike most omnipaths, who serve the veiled masters, Quocwel has its own ambitions and has been subtly controlling a complex network of veiled masters for millennia. Quocwel has hundreds of creatures in its telepathic mesh, including sleeper gillmen, cloakers, deep walkers, and mimics (among others), and can remotely control any of these creatures or share the senses of up to six of them at once.1
