Sorshen's Sinuous Guisarme is one of the Alara'quin, a set of intelligent weapons crafted by Xin for the runelords as their symbols of office. Sorshen, runelord of lust, has been the dawnsilver guisarme's only owner. She rarely wields the weapon, which among the Alara'quin is uniquely double-bladed, as intended and instead transforms it into a magical staff. Its power and intelligence are derived from a magical gemstone containing 13 of Sorshen's dreams, all so outlandish or salacious that most would consider them to be nightmares.1
