Runoff
Runoff is a speakeasy tavern beneath the Scraphole junkyard in the Killbox district of Starfall, capital of Numeria. It was also a secret safehouse and escape vector for those pursued by the Technic League1 prior to the League's dissolution in 4716 AR.23
The fates of Runoff, its proprietor Kayd Sparrow, and its patron Nevven after the dissolution of the Technic League are unknown.4

Runoff serves food and alcoholic beverages, including:
- Bolt bread (3 cp), a rye bread made with alchemical reagents that does not require kneading, but might also contain dirt5
- Sky soup (1 sp), a beef-broth and mushroom soup purportedly made from a dwarven recipe from the Quest for Sky5
- Star shot (10 gp), a cocktail of Kellid whiskey and euphoria-inducing Numerian fluids; Runoff disclaims that it cannot be held responsible for the fluids' potential effects5
- Wyvern steak (6 sp) made from prime wyvern cuts from the highlands of Numeria and served with hot sauce that also comes with a disclaimer5
Staff
Herna and Tapps are gearsmen reprogrammed by Nevven who work as Runoff's server and bartender, respectively. Tapps's fingers have been converted into beverage taps, and Herna also works as the tavern's bouncer.6 Two humans serve as cooks.7
