Talk:Manifestation

Any other works?

I stumbled upon manifestations while doing some maintenance on images and was curious if they appear in any works beyond Hell Unleashed? If so, it might be worth it to build out some additional wiki infrastructure around them, like an infobox, navbox, and more in-depth categorization. -Oznogon (talk) 16:40, 28 October 2018 (UTC)

Quick look and I couldn't find anything about manifestations at Archives of Nethys nor d20pfsrd. --Fleanetha (talk) 17:13, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
I'll throw in another niggle. The names in Hell Unleashed are only shown in the title boxes, so we don't know how to set them properly. I now notice you went for italics and capitalization. I went for lower case and roman in my Sandbox. Which way is right? The text suggests they are like haunts, but that is no guide to this necessarily, and the only haunt in HU is again in its title box. --Fleanetha (talk) 17:30, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
Without a clear canon guide to go on, I modeled formatting on artifacts since many of them are magical objects, especially in the case of The Shepherd which is presented as a magical object with a definite-article name suggesting uniqueness. (For what it's worth, Archives of Nethys uses title case to list haunts, even those which are not unique.)
If there aren't other manifestations to apply at this time, I don't think a decision needs to be made right away on styling their names. -Oznogon (talk) 23:56, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
Yes, agreed. We'll just have to wait and see and no need for any changes now. --Fleanetha (talk) 00:24, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
