A basidirond, also called a mindfrond, is a fungal creature that craves mineral-rich moisture—including blood.1
Abilities
A basidirond's spores, which coat its tendrils and can be emitted in an invisible cloud, are hallucinogenic.2[citation needed] An antifungal salve can combat the effects of a basidirond's spores.3
On Golarion
Basidironds are known to roam ruins in the Mwangi Expanse,456 swamps in the River Kingdoms,7 and the tunnels of Kalexcourt in Ustalav.8
