A basidirond is a fungal plant that craves mineral-rich moisture—including blood.[1]

A basidirond's spores, which coat its tendrils and can be emitted in an invisible cloud, are hallucinogenic.[1] An antifungal salve can combat the effects of a basidirond's spores.[2]

On Golarion

Basidironds are known to roam ruins in the Mwangi Expanse,[3][4][5] swamps in the River Kingdoms,[6] and the tunnels of Kalexcourt in Ustalav.[7]
