Vicar of the Indomitable Sea Caleb Voltiaro is one of three vicars of the Recondite Order of the Indomitable Sea in the town of Illmarsh, reporting to the high priest of the Order, Albor Voltiaro, who is also Caleb's father. Ostensibly a servant of Gozreh, Caleb, like all members of his family, is actually a servant of Dagon, the demon lord of deformity, sea monsters and the sea.[1] He has a brother: Everard, who is also a Vicar of the Indomitable Sea.[2]
