The darkvision spell temporarily provides the target with the darkvision capability of seeing in darkness for up to 60 feet. The spell is particularly favoured by explorers of the Darklands.

More powerful variants

There are more powerful versions of this spell, such as communal darkvision, which allows more than one recipient to gain the benefit; and greater darkvision, which extends the range of darkvision to 120 feet.
