Halls of the Closed Fist

The Halls of the Closed Fist, located in the northeastern third level of Urgir in the Hold of Belkzen, serves as the headquarters of the Closed Fist, an elite unit that enforces the will of the city's overlord.1 Under the rule of Ardax the White-Hair, the Halls also effectively serve as his seat of government, as he leaves the Great Palace vacant23 save for his predecessor Grask Uldeth's corpse.2
