Closed Fist
The Closed Fist is an elite force of warriors who serve as enforcers of Urgir's overlord. Similar to a police force, the Closed Fist enforces the overlord's rules and protects authorized foreigners and traders.1
History
High Chief Grask Uldeth founded the Closed Fist as part of a series of reforms he began enacting in 4702 AR to open the city to foreign trade and investment. The first members were particularly intelligent warriors of his Empty Hand tribe personally selected by Uldeth to enforce his reforms.1
After Uldeth's assassination in 4716 AR, leadership of the Closed Fist passed to Uldeth's effective successor, his advisor Ardax the White-Hair. Ardax enhanced the Closed Fist's strength with dwarven relics and rust monsters recovered from the Sky Citadel ruins beneath Urgir.2 As of 4720 AR, Ardax also used the Closed Fist's headquarters as his seat of power in Urgir.3

The Closed Fist is headquartered in the Halls of the Closed Fist, located in Urgir's third tier.4
