Market District

The Market District of Urgir, the de facto capital of the Hold of Belkzen, is located in the western side of the city's first tier just inside the western gate. It is the center of trade in Urgir and home to most of its non-orc residents, the majority of whom were invited by the late overlord Grask Uldeth's dromaar diplomats. Most of the market's permanent merchants were drawn out of desperation or because they traded in illegal goods, such as drugs, poisons, or slaves.
