Hon Rach is one of the cities of Xa Hoi, the so-called "Empire of the Dragon". Ruled by a dynasty of imperial dragons, the population of Hon Rach is divided into multi-racial clans that include Tian-Dans, nagaji, and wayangs, as well as numerous others. Hon Rach is renowned across all of Xa Hoi for its excellent shipyards.
