Dragon's Teeth

The army of Xa Hoi, the so-called "Empire of Dragons", is known as the Dragon's Teeth. The army is largely composed of humanoids, mostly Tian-Dans, but also includes nagaji and wayangs. The generals, however, consist of a group of sovereign dragons related to Xa Hoi's ruler Pham Duc Quan.1
