Rira is a notorious pirate captain who now serves under the Pathfinder captain Challys Argent as one of her so-called Devil's Four.1
Appearance
From the neck down, Rira dresses and appears like a pirate queen, wearing a decadent yet functional dress with a plunging neck line, her tanned skin dotted with pirate tattoos. However, Rira wears a terrifying mask fashioned in the image of a ferocious sahuagin, made of a dull grey metal that is covered in green patina and boasts a huge mane of bleached hair. In battle, Rira wields a magical cutlass,1 however she more often uses spells as Rira is an accomplished arcanist.2
