Ootoya was a tengu nation founded by the Nureba clan in the ancestral tengu homeland shortly after the collapse of the Shu empire in 6536 IC. The nation lasted until 6780 IC when Lung Wa brutally annexed the territory and killed the ruling council, renaming the land to Kwanlai.
