Selieste is one of a trio of norns who dwell in the infernal palace of Eleusys at the heart of the Iron City of Dis. Selieste, along with Felixia and Rowane, serve as a triumvirate of advisors for Erecura, the Queen of Dis and a powerful deity who wields power outside of Hell's strict hierarchy.
