The infernal duke Ose holds court in the oil-crusted city of Ghaunapthal, in the Outlands of Dis. He commands mighty infernal forges powered by lost souls, which produce Hell's most notorious war machines. Guarded by his 30 diabolical legions, the Duke of Claws is said to be developing a brobdingnagian device powered by an ancient protean relic which has the power to drive men insane just by gazing at it.12
