Tastikka is a small village of the strix Kitkasiticka tribe in the Ravounel Forest. They traditionally isolated themselves from human contact until the defeat of the Grundlescorn sisters encouraged them to pursue careful and cautious negotiations. The tribe's rokoa Rarrnir, who came to power after the abdication of her predecessor Solmestria, had met with representatives from the Silver Council as of 4719 AR but as of that time had yet to secure an agreement concerning the new settlements along the Ravounel Forest's borders.12
