Since the Kintargan Rebellion of 47154716 AR, the city of Kintargo in Ravounel has been led by the Silver Council,1 which was originally formed to coordinate the rebellion.2 It now consists of Ravounel's noble houses and Kintargan citizens of wealth and influence, replacing the Court of Coin that advised leadership under Chelaxian rule.34

While the Silver Council is supported by the independent city of Vyre, it does not have representation on the council.4

Lady Mialari Docur was a founding member of the Silver Council. While as of 4719 AR she was no longer a standing member, she remained influential among its active members.2

Baron Canton Jhaltero was named to the Silver Council after the Kintargan Rebellion.5

As of 4724 AR, newcomer Ivran Xerysis was a member of the Silver Council.6

The Silver Council meets with the general public in Andos Hall, and additionally with members of the aristocracy at the Counting House.7
