Velenne is a pale-skinned, small woman with dark hair and a natural elegance.

Relatives

Velenne is a cousin of Queen Abrogail Thrune II. As of 4724 AR, Velenne had married, though Queen Abrogain II considered her marriage to be absurd.

Associates

Velenne was once the lover of Ederras Celverian, an Iomedaean freedom fighter of Westcrown she had been assigned to spy on. Celverian nearly killed Velenne upon learning of her deception. She was also once the teacher and lover of her apprentice Isiem, a Nidalese agent and later renegade.

Background

Velenne was a signatory of an agreement that silver extraction regulations and peace between Cheliax and the Windspire tribe of strix at Devil's Perch. Her former lover Isiem was a party to the negotiations, which were the outcome of a battle between Chelaxian forces and Hellknights against the Windspire tribe at Tokarai Springs.

Upon the death of Gorum in 4724 AR, Queen Abrogail II recalled Velenne from Westcrown to advise her on Cheliax's policies in response to the event.
