Vizier's Palace
The Vizier's Palace stands in stark contrast to the other lavish palaces of the Mages' Quarter of Medina Mudii'a.1 It is the home of Grand Vizier Abdul-Qawi, who effectively serves as a co-ruler of Medina Mudii'a alongside the royal Grand Sultana Ayasellah Mihelar Khalidlah II.2
The Vizier's Palace is enormous in size but utilitarian in appearance, made of much more plain stone than the buildings surrounding it. On the palace's roof is a stone bowl of pure white from which magical flames spring forth, where Grand Vizier Abdul-Qawi spends much of his time both sleeping and working within the enchanted flames.1
