Vonymos is an agender psychopomp usher who embodies the grief felt following loss, and the consequences that result from that grief, both positive and negative. Vonymos tends to souls of mortals who were martyred, killed themselves, or fell victim to disasters.1

Home

Vonymos lives near a glass willow overlooking the Storm of Shards at the edge of Pharasma's Spire.1

Appearance

Vonymos sometimes takes the form of a creature not quite crow and not quite knight, or a wheel of water and wails encircling a single copper-brown eye. Vonymos' presence has variously been described as a flood of feelings that churns until it breaks the emotional wall, or lightning and fire driving the watcher into fervent action.1

On Golarion

Vonymos interceded on behalf of a Kellid god caller named Casshade during the Age of Darkness.2 The Mourning Storm was worshipped by the founders of the Ustalavic town of Thrushmoor.3
