Xotanispawn1 are beetles corrupted by feeding on the remains of Xotani.2
Appearance
By feeding on Xotani, Xotanispawn have grown to a monstrous size and inherited some of the Firebleeder's traits, most notably an extreme body temperature and breath weapon. Intense heat radiates from a Xotanispawn's body and mouth, and any contact with one results in burns and can cause one to catch fire.2
Habitat
Xotanispawn live underground and usually only emerge onto the surface at night, as they have also inherited Xotani's weakness to cold and sunlight.2
