The Assembly of Kings is a huge amphitheater that is home to the electoral body of the same name that elects the High King of Cloudspire, leader of the Mbe'ke dwarves. The building is located in the hollow comprising the Sky Citadel of Cloudspire, on the opposite side of the abandoned Nkobe's Hall, and is covered in the death masks of all past Mbe'ke High Kings as well as many of their lesser Mbe'ke kings. The Assembly of Kings is rarely home to only kings, as many of the kings of distant Mbe'ke communities send emissaries to represent them.1
