Assembly of Speakers
The Assembly of Speakers serves as the legislative body of the Mbe'ke dwarves that live in the Terwa Uplands. The Assembly of Speakers is made up of elected members who are each selected by their own Fellowship (a small guild of dwarves that shares a similar vocation or outlook and that form the foundation of the Mbe'ke social structure). The Assembly of Speakers deals with matters of ritual and law; these matters are decided by voting done by the Assembly. This voting process is weighted with vote strength depending on how many militia members the Fellowship can raise during times of war. Still, all Fellowships are given a chance to have their say no matter how insignificant. The Assembly of Speakers is also responsible for electing both judges and choosing of Mbe'ke kings.1
