Mage-King Khawu is one of the Mbe'ke kings and is considered one of the more hardline kings. As an Mbe'ke king, Khawu was elected by their community's Assembly of Speakers and is a member of Cloudspire's Assembly of Kings. Mage-King Khawu is a Sky Sage,1 and is responsible for an implausible plan to harness the magics of the Celestial Fellowship to shift the Eye of Abendego to ravage the Shackles and bring an end to the Corsair Wars.2
