Much as fleshdregs are malformed Sinspawn, Fleshdreg swarms are malformed versions of both fleshdregs and sinspawn. They appear as small clumps of writhing flesh with teeth and claws. They are generated by malfunctioning runewells. These tiny pests attack any being, but especially those who are sensed as being related to the swarm's sin.
