Much as fleshdregs are malformed fleshwarps, fleshdreg swarms are malformed versions of both fleshdregs and fleshwarps such as sinspawn. They resemble small clumps of writhing flesh with teeth and claws and are generated by malfunctioning runewells. These tiny pests attack any being, but especially those who are sensed as being related to the swarm's sin.
