Rekheps, also known as shield archons, are archons who serve as the defensive bulwark of Heaven, and can shrug off terrible attacks in the ongoing wars against the forces of the lower planes. When summoned, these steel-skinned archons often serve to protect the meek against overwhelming assaults by evil forces.
