Year

The timeline on World Guide 62 asserts that Tessa Fairwind succeeded Kerdak Bonefist as Hurricane King in 4712 AR. Guns & Gears 218 describes this as occurring in 4715 AR. As the newer source of the same canon tier, PathfinderWiki uses 4715 AR. -Oznogon (talk) 20:24, 6 August 2024 (UTC)

Tenure

From Hell's Heart 48 describes Bonefist as the 13th Hurricane King and taking the title in 4674 AR, confirming that he had ruled for 38 years prior to the adventure's setting year of 4712 AR.

The Mwangi Expanse 18 describes Bonefist as the Hurricane King as early as 4607–4611 AR, in which he supposedly instigates the first of the Corsair Wars.

While From Hell's Heart describes Bonefist stealing two doses of the sun orchid elixir to extend his lifespan, it does so during the period of Bonefist's life prior to him becoming the Hurricane King. The first Hurricane King would also hold the title no earlier than 4606 AR, the year the Eye of Abendego formed.

It is unlikely that Bonefist was alive in 4607 AR, and even less likely that he was among the first Hurricane Kings. It is more likely that a Hurricane King, but not Bonefist, instigated the first Corsair Wars.
