The xoarian1 sorcerer Tiluatchek can usually be found in his laboratory, in the Grand Spire of High Ilvarandin in the Darklands region of Orv.23

As of 4711 AR his host body was the physically powerful Ulfen warrior Sigmar, but he has numerous others stored away, ranging from storm giants to a succubus, and even an umbral dragon. Included among these bodies is the dead poet Vumeshki45 and Kaleb Valdemar, a resident of Magnimar.6

From his location in the Grand Spire, Tiluatchek watches over the dream lens and oversees the manufacture of the drug midnight milk. The Midnight Dawn conspiracy serves the latter ends, which reach the surface in Magnimar.2
