Almoner

Almoners are velstracs who forge chains for their fiendish kin in the Shadow Forge.¹²

Appearance

Almoners cannot see, hear, or speak,¹ and resemble halflings with six arms and no legs.¹²

Society

Velstracs generally forge the chains that characterize them, but some turn to almoners to complete the task. However, the criteria by which almoners fulfill requests is a mystery;¹² some velstracs receive theirs from an almoner before asking, while others are turned away.¹
