Pathfinder First Edition content
This article covers a term or subject that is relevant to the Pathfinder campaign setting only in the context of the first edition of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

Darechasers are devout followers of the deity Kurgess who travel widely trying to beat any athletic record, including their own. They also enjoy officiating sporting events, viewing the practice as a form of diplomacy.1

These fanatic worshipers are adept at channeling adrenaline to overcome physical trials and adversities, and often use their heady successes to dare themselves into performing even greater feats of prowess.1

Darechasers must be aligned with the forces of good, talented in combat, and athletic, highly skilled acrobats, climbers, and swimmers.1
