House Phandros is one of the 12 most influential Cheliax noble families, ranking in importance and influence somewhere between House Tilernos and House Khollarix. Headquartered in the old capital of Westcrown, Phandros is led by its its patriarch, Marcus Phandros, and holds two minor Wiscrani noble families under its sway: Houses Chard and Nolmon.123
