Mukradis are massive beasts that resemble three-headed centipedes.12

Abilities

The maw of each of a mukradi's head can spew a different type of destruction, one each of acid, fire, and electricity. A mukradi's nervous system is also segmented by its three heads, which isolates afflictions to only one of its maws. They can also stab with their piercing legs and rip prey apart, swipe at foes with their tail, or trample them under their dozens of spiked feet.12

Ecology

Legends say mukradis spawned from the flesh of a dormant demigod from an unknown dimension, though no factual information has supported these tales.12

Mukradi eggs can be incubated with accelerated growth by feeding them harvested nightmares.3

Variants

Black-scaled mukradis, whose three heads all spew an animate black goo that it can reabsorb, are believed to live in the Darklands.12

On Golarion

In the Darklands, mukradis have been encountered in Saggorak4 and fight gladiators in the Red Circus of Shraen.56

Cults of Bokrug have deployed mukradi summoning runes as traps,7 and similar traps exist in the Storval Stairs.8

A hollowed mukradi corpse can be alchemically bottled, and the resulting mukradi jar springs the condensed but deceased form to its full size and emits the contents of one of its destructive maws.9
