Pakalchi
(evil, extraplanar, sahkil)
Pakalchis are sahkils that feed on the fear and insecurity of failing relationships.1
Appearance
A pakalchi resembles an emaciated humanoid woman from whom thorny vines with tiny red flowers grow and flow like a train behind. Pakalchis stand seven feet tall and weigh 160 pounds.1
Ecology
Pakalchis delight in seeing social bonds shatter and know that mortals in such conflicts are more susceptible to their influence. Consummate puppetmasters, pakalchis use their powers of domination to turn friends and lovers against each other, and relish how even a single word can trigger a chain reaction through their victims' panic. Pakalchis then draw the victims to their sides and slowly increase their pressure until their quarry breaks.1
