Zohanils are sahkils that prey on the fear of needles and invasive medical procedures.

Appearance

A zohanil appears as a three-legged monstrous humanoid that stands over six feet tall and weighs roughly 200 pounds. Its arms are long, hooked and end in needle-like tips.

Abilities

The zohanil's talons drip with a severely addictive venomous fluid that blurs vision and deadens reflexes. Zohanils enjoy sowing the addiction to this venom for the purpose of heightening despair.
