Isph-Aun-Vuln is an intelligent qlippoth lord who parasitizes souls. The most powerful of the qlippoth lords (outside of Rovagug), she seeks to achieve the qlippoth goal of exterminating mortal life through subtle possession and mental control, and is particularly fond of leading nations to ruin via possessed hosts.12

Appearance

In her true form, Isph-Aun-Vuln resembles a human-sized maw of an anemone surrounded by roiling tendrils.1 Her form is incorporeal, only fully existing as vapour, and is adorned with the incandescent fragments of her victims' souls.3[citation needed]

Cults

Isph-Aun-Vuln is worshipped on hundreds of planets in the Universe. Many of her cultists are unaware of their patron's true nature and only follow a charismatic cult leader who has been brainwashed and lobotomised by Isph-Aun-Vuln.3[citation needed] From standing stones on cliff edges or mountain tops, her cultists offer sacrifices to Isph-Aun-Vuln by magically launching them high in the sky and letting them fall to their deaths.4

In the Darklands of Golarion, a cult called the Headmasters, led by exiled hryngar5 Starig Ironwhip, claims a direct connection to the voice of Isph-Aun-Vuln that grants them powerful new techniques of domination to enslave an army. The cult is based in the Temple of Exalted Subjugation in Nar-Voth.4

The shoggti That Which Peels Flesh enslaved a clan of Severed Hand orcs in the Menador Mountain and converted them to worship of Isph-Aun-Vuln.6
