Larden "Ferret" Kried was the original proprietor of the Sitting Duck tavern in Falcon's Hollow. Ferret was a retired adventurer. A brawny thug Ergin Tock took over the tavern when Larden disappeared. A letter supposedly written by Ferret explained that he decided to return to the adventurous life.
