Shogokabe

Shogokabe is the capital of Hofunawan Province in Minkai¹ and the nation's primary fishing port.² Being so closely involved with water, its docks are lined with so many shrines that no resident would know all of the deities' names, but they would revere each one all the same.³

People

The fabled forest dragon Toishihebi was born in woods to the northwest of Shogokabe some three centuries ago.⁴
