Matrena Goldthorpe is a member of the Kodar Kneecappers adventuring group, the famous giant-killers. She is a cousin of fellow Kneecapper Marnay Zyrvana. Matrena joined the Kneecappers to avenge the death of her mother and father: Niona Goldthorpe and Virany Goldthorpe and in sympathy with the losses of her friend, Thortona Fjortoft.1
