As of 7224 IC, Nelongso (pronounced neh-long-so)1 is the reigning monarch emeritus of Quain.2
Appearance
Nelongso is a human-sized wayang with blue skin and red eyes. Compared to most wayangs, they are atypically large and muscular, as when they ascended to grandmaster status they grew to the size of a human.2
Background
Nelongso came to Quain from Goka. They were a star pupil of the Cloud Crane School and eventually ascended to grandmastery. They were chosen as successor by the previous monarch emeritus for their optimism, commitment to heroism, and faith in the institutions of Quain.2 As usual for the monarch emeritus, they traded their grandmaster status and cultivation ability to the Celestial Dragon for a celestial pearl to uphold the Wish-Cycle.3
