The city of Clear Waters floats atop Lake Clear Waters in the centre of the Forest of the Sacred Eye and draws visitors from across Xopatl and beyond. Clear Waters is renowned for its beauty and anyone wishing to travel through the city must use one of the city's small boats, most of which are decorated with a special flower that blooms every new moon. Clear Waters draws in the most visitors during the full moon, however, as during the height of the full moon Lake Clear Waters begins to glow with moonlight.
